Thomas E. Kalil
Thomas Kalil was born and raised in Williston, North Dakota. He grew up working on a fourth generation family farm and cattle operation. Tom attended the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he received bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy and English Literature. After college, he attended the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, where he received a Dean’s Scholarship. During law school, he studied asylum, refugee, and war crimes law in Italy and spent time as an intern at the United Nations in New York.
Tom has practiced law in Williston since 2010, and has represented clients in a wide variety of areas. He has represented several cities in Northwest North Dakota, and has been appointed a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of North Dakota and a Special Assistant State’s Attorney for Mountrail County. He has successfully represented clients before the North Dakota Supreme Court in cases related to title to mineral interests, probate, and domestic violence. Tom also currently serves as contract City Attorney for the City of Sidney, Montana.
Tom’s wife, Audrey, is a research scientist at the NDSU Research and Extension Center in Williston, and together they have a son and a daughter. Tom and Audrey also teach a traditional Korean martial art called Kuk Sool Won, and have weekly classes at Kuk Sool Won of Williston.

Holly A. Radke, ACP
Holly was born and raised in Eastern Montana. In 2008, she began her career as a legal assistant in Eastern Montana while attending Montana State University Billings. After graduating in 2010, she began her career as a Certified Paralegal. In 2021, Holly furthered her education and received her Advanced Certified Paralegal in Family Law - Adoption and Assisted Reproduction. Holly is a member of the State Bar of Montana Paralegal Section, Montana Association of Legal Assistants-Paralegals (MALA), Western Dakota Association of Legal Assistants (WDALA), and National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA).
Holly strives daily in ways to not only further educate herself in her career but her fellow paralegal colleagues as well to serve our community and surrounding areas in many different areas of law. Holly is very active in Western Dakota Association of Legal Assistants (WDALA). She serves as the First Vice President for WDALA and is also on the Board of Directors where she serves as the Region I Director, which includes the counties of Williams, McKenzie, Mountrail, Burke, and Divide. Holly is the Chair of the Education Committee and also sits on the Membership Committee and Public Relations Committee.
Holly enjoys utilizing her extensive knowledge and background in the law to assist clients of the office. Holly's expertise in researching, drafting, client communications, and trial preparation provide excellent support to the firm. Holly's special interests currently are adoptions, guardianships, and real estate (including 1031 exchanges).
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and three Siberian Huskies. Holly also enjoys traveling, amusement parks, reading, and volunteering in many organizations within the community.

Megan Ryan
Megan was born and raised in Williston, ND. She graduated from the North Dakota State College of Science in 2016 with an Associates in Arts and an Associates in Applied Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant. Megan began her career as a Legal Secretary in 2017 and has been a Legal Assistant since 2020.
